The Sacred Continuum

$3,500.00

For the mother who desires complete care before, during, & after birth~

Your most comprehensive package—with holistic and emotional support woven through the entire journey.

Includes: one birth planning session · One postpartum planning session · Weekly check-ins · Meditation & breathwork preparation · Embodied coaching · Energy balancing or Reiki · On-call birth window · Labor & birth support · Three postpartum visits · Extended text support · Recovery planning.

This is an in-person package with the option for hybrid, based on your individual needs. If you are not in the Ithaca surrounding area and would like this package virtually, please reach out.
